Privacy Policy

This policy concerns visitors to https://louisgtrading.co.uk, people who request the Beginner Bundle, customers who purchase digital guides, mentorship applicants and dashboard members. LouisG Trading is responsible for the personal information described here. Privacy questions can be sent to louis@louisgtrading.co.uk.

The Beginner Bundle collects your email address, your guide request and your separate choice about later educational and marketing emails. We record the wording version, time and source of that choice. A guide purchase provides Stripe with checkout and billing details; LouisG Trading receives order identifiers, payment status, purchased product, amount and delivery email. The mentorship application requests your name, email address, optional social handle, timezone, trading experience, market, trading environment and answers about your current process and goals.

When you consent, attribution information such as the landing page, referring page, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers may be recorded with a lead or purchase. Do not submit account credentials, identification documents or sensitive financial information.

The private mentorship dashboard holds your account and programme details, plans and journal entries, evidence you upload, lesson progress, call information, mentor feedback and any reflections you choose to record. A reflection stays private from Louis unless you explicitly share it. Payment records include offer, status, amounts and Stripe identifiers, not full card details.

Beginner Bundle information is used to confirm your address and deliver the three guides. Later educational lessons and offers are optional and require your separate positive choice. Declining them does not block the guides. Purchase information is used to take payment, verify the order, provide protected downloads, send the transactional delivery email, prevent misuse and handle support or accounting. Application information is used to assess mentorship fit and respond. Purchasing or applying does not by itself subscribe you to marketing.

If you choose to use the AI coach, your question and relevant released lessons, your journal entries, published mentor feedback and shared call summaries are sent to OpenAI through its API to generate a source-linked process answer. Private reflections, private mentor notes, card details and real-time market prices are not sent. The coach does not make automated decisions about your programme access or payments. You can use the rest of the dashboard without using the coach.

The dashboard stores a question hash, usage count, model, token counts and answer status for abuse prevention and cost control; it does not store the full question or AI answer as a chat history. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default, but its default abuse-monitoring logs may retain submitted content for up to 30 days, subject to its published exceptions. Vercel hosts the website and protected delivery routes. Supabase provides private mentorship authentication, database and storage. Stripe processes guide payments and, where offered, mentorship payments; LouisG Trading receives payment status and identifiers, not full card details. Brevo receives Beginner Bundle and submitted application data and sends the guide delivery email. OpenAI processes optional AI coach requests as described above. With analytics consent, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics measure website and ecommerce activity. With marketing consent, Meta receives Pixel and Conversions API events; server events may contain hashed contact data, technical request data and Meta browser or click identifiers. Links to YouTube and Discord take you to services governed by their own notices.

The guide request is processed to deliver the resources you ask for. Optional later emails, analytics and advertising measurement depend on your separate consent choices. Purchase information is processed to perform the sales contract and for legal obligations and legitimate interests in securing delivery and maintaining records. Application information is processed to respond to your request and assess possible mentorship fit. Mentorship account, programme and journal information is processed to deliver the agreed service. Optional AI-coach processing is based on your express choice each time you submit a question; you can use the rest of the dashboard without it. Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom using available transfer protections.

Beginner Bundle request and choice records are kept as needed to document delivery, consent and suppression. Optional email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or the list is no longer used. Purchase records are retained as reasonably required for delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Application information is kept only while reasonably needed to review and respond, maintain necessary records or protect the service. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You can reject or later change optional analytics through Cookie settings in the footer, and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails. Depending on applicable UK data-protection law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent.
