Access to paid products may be provided through Whop or other third-party platforms.

Membership benefits, pricing, features and availability may change from time to time.

Access may be suspended or removed where community rules are breached or abuse is identified.

Trade Access subscriptions are managed through Whop. Users may cancel recurring subscriptions through their Whop account at any time.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Digital products, educational content, community access and delivered resources are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

Any future private mentorship arrangements, deposits, consultations or coaching services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Users must behave respectfully within all LouisG Trading communities.

Harassment, abuse, spam, impersonation, unauthorised promotion, sharing of copyrighted materials or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate removal without notice.

All website content, videos, graphics, branding, educational materials, documents and community resources remain the property of LouisG Trading unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, redistributed, resold, republished or reproduced without written permission.

LouisG Trading may utilise platforms including Whop, Discord, Brevo, YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram and other third-party services.

These platforms operate under their own terms, privacy policies and rules which remain outside the control of LouisG Trading.
