Website Terms

This website presents educational information, free resources, digital guides for purchase and an application route for private mentorship. A mentorship application is not an instant checkout and does not create acceptance into, or entitlement to, mentorship.

Website material and mentorship information are for education and general information only. Nothing here is financial, investment or trading advice, a personal recommendation, a signal service, account management or a promise of results.

You remain responsible for your own trading decisions, risk limits, platform and provider checks, tax position and professional advice. Do not trade money you cannot afford to lose.

Applications may be accepted, declined or left without an invitation at Louis's discretion. Any applicable availability, programme scope, fees, payment, cancellation and refund terms will be provided and agreed separately before a person enters a mentorship arrangement.

Paid guides are one-time purchases for personal, non-commercial use. The product title, price and included files are shown before checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe and access is delivered on the confirmation page and by transactional email. You may save a personal copy, but you must not share, resell, upload, reproduce or distribute a guide.

Before checkout you must expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right ends once downloading begins. This does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including where digital content is faulty, not as described or cannot be supplied.

Purchase links are individual, time-limited and checked against the paid Stripe order. Save the files promptly. If delivery fails or a link expires before you can save the purchased files, contact LouisG Trading with the email address and receipt used for the order.

You may use the public website for personal, lawful purposes. You must not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit misleading application information, scrape protected material or reproduce content in a way that infringes applicable rights.

Stripe processes guide payments. Links to services such as YouTube and Discord are provided for convenience. Their availability, content and data handling are controlled by those services and are subject to their own terms and notices.

Reasonable care is taken with website content, but it may be changed, withdrawn or unavailable. Website content belongs to LouisG Trading or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission except as allowed by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
